An eccentric Lottery winner, Charles, who lives on a distant island alone tries to turn his dreams in reality when he hires his favorite musician, Herb McGwyer, to play an exclusive and private concert. Without knowing the herb, Charles also hired the former Herb band and former Girlfriend, Nell, along with her new husband in the trailer, to make the old favorite. As the temperatures explode and the old tensions reappear, the storm climate catches them all on the island and Charles desperately seek a way to save their dreams concert.
